About the Festival: Art will range from photography to woodworking, jewelry to sculptures, collection-worthy masterpieces to affordable arts & crafts.  This is a juried event.  All work must be originally handcrafted, designed, and/or executed by the artist.  No buy/sell, commercial or import items will be allowed.  Artists who wish to demonstrate their work and techniques on-site are encouraged to do so.  

The festival will also feature original music artists and select pre-packaged gourmet edibles.  (**No on-site prepared food vendors are being accepted at this time).

& Promotion:
The aggressive marketing campaign for this event includes: 

● 1,000+ Press Releases, and syndication through 24+ news organizations.
● 20,000 Direct Mailing to the affluent buyers in the foothills & surrounding communities
● 93,000 Email campaign through VG mailing list
● 47,000 Email campaign through Craftmaster News mailing list
● 1,200 Direct Mailing to art galleries & organizations throughout Southern California
● 700+ Targeted cable TV advertisements will air throughout the foothills & surrounding communities.

    Commercials are planned to air up to 2 weeks prior, and during the event.
    Broadcast will be location-targeted for maximum exposure to potential attendees and buyers

● 26,400 spots on a Lamar 14'x48' high-tech electronic billboard, on the I-15 Freeway
   ~2 miles from the event Exit, seen by 140,000 per day.
    Billboard artwork will be changed frequently to feature various artists participating in the event.

Over 3.1 million potential attendees have been targeted to receive an advertising message via our ad campaign to date.

   
Attendance: Considering VG attendance estimates of 16,000,000 annually in addition to an aggressive public advertising and marketing campaign, this event may expect to see 50,000-80,000+ in attendance.  The venue features ample parking with over 6,800 parking places, and admission and parking will be free to the public.  All specialty retailers and restaurants will remain open during their normal business operating hours (see the impressive high-end list at the Victoria Gardens website www.VictoriaGardensIE.com).
   
Description: The Victoria Gardens Festival of The Arts will be a celebration of fine arts and crafts to serve as a community event for visitors, residents and families.  Our emphasis will be on bringing economic, cultural, social, and retail value to the attendees, exhibitors, retailers, and the City of Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding communities.

The event will be held at Victoria Gardens on N. Main Street and S. Main Street. These streets will be closed to motor vehicles, and converted to artists' booths and various static displays. Booth presentation will be on par to epitomize a thoughtful and decorative professional artisan.

Emphasis will be placed on original art & products, booth design and presentation. The event will consist of a variety of artists and artisans that handcraft their own creations and consist of fine, traditional, contemporary, and affordable arts, crafts, music, and gourmet edibles. The atmosphere & ambience will be an upbeat, happy, fun celebration of exhibitors that welcome patrons to share in the creative process that brings about handmade works from the human spirit.
